The work consists of the formation of 7nr new self-contained flats by completing internal alterations and structural demolitions of 12nr existing bedsits. Work will include a full heating conversion from E7 to mains gas heating with individual boilers. Project also includes refurbishment works to the communal areas and staff areas.
